Mission & Vision

​Our  mission at Community Empowerment council, Inc. is to empower the  community through education, providing shelter, education our youth and  providing social programs for the poor. Our main goals are to build  permanent connection with caring adults at home and in the community,  partner with local officials in city government, DHS, and local  entities.
