Influence in Action was a professional training designed to strengthen the way prevention professionals, educators, and community partners engage with young people. Led by youth engagement and substance prevention specialist Ray Lozano, the training explored behavior and decision-making, peer and environmental influences, communication, identity, and reinforcement while providing practical strategies participants could apply in their work with youth.
