Community Empowerment Council, Inc. invites the community to join us for our 2026 Banquet, an evening dedicated to celebrating the individuals and organizations making a difference across Southeast Arkansas.

This special event will bring together community leaders, partners, and supporters to recognize outstanding contributions to prevention, community engagement, and service. Guests will enjoy an evening of food, music, door prizes, a silent auction, and community recognition.

Proceeds from the event help support Community Empowerment Council’s work providing substance misuse prevention education, youth presentations, life skills training, and community resources that help young people build healthy futures.
