Rental Details
Our container homes are available at an affordable rate:
- Monthly Rent: $975/month
- Utilities: Tenant responsible for electricity
- Water: Remains in company name
Requirements & Application Process
To ensure a smooth process, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have steady employment
- Complete and submit an application
- $100 application fee
Once approved:
- Provide 2 forms of ID
- Pay $975 security deposit
- Pay $975 first month’s rent
- Sign lease and receive keys
